WHEREAS, bids were received for one (1) sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation
trailer for the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Machine Technologies, L.L.C. of Haslet, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$64,250; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Machine
Technologies, L.L.C. of Haslet, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Machine Technologies, L.L.C. of Haslet, Texas, in the amount
of $64,250 for one (1) sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation trailer for the Water Utilities
Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
October, 2006.
