BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a contract through the Texas Association of
School Boards (TASB) in the amount of $47,839.51 for roof replacement, siding and
electrical repairs to the Tyrell Park Stables which sustained damage from Hurricane Rita.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
October, 2006.
