WHEREAS, the claim of Maceba Henry has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held Tuesday, September 5, 2006; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Maceba Henry
in the amount of Eighteen Thousand ($18,000) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the10th day of
October, 2006.
