BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves participation in a state contract for the purchase
of books, publications and audio visual materials for an annual estimated cost of$75,000
through the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
October, 2006.
