BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one(1)hazardous materials(haz-
mat) response unit from Dooley Tackaberry, Inc. through the Houston-Galveston Area
Council (H-GAC) cooperative purchasing program in the amount of$399,547.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
September, 2006.
