ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 20' ALLEY IN
BLOCK 12, MCFADDIN 2ND ADDITION BETWEEN 2ND AND
3RD STREETS IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 20' alley in Block 12, McFaddin 2nd Addition between 2nd and 3rd streets, being
the 20' x 300' alley located in Block 12, McFaddin 2nd Addition, City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, containing 0.137 acres, more or less, as shown on Exhibit"A"
attached hereto, be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned subject to retaining
a 20' wide general utility easement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
September, 2006.
