BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to apply for and receive funding in the amount
of$217,819.43 through the Department of Homeland Security Law Enforcement Terrorism
Prevention Program (LETPP) to enhance capabilities of law enforcement agencies to
prevent terrorism.
