BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the payment of taxes in the approximate amount
of$821.73 on 50% interest in Lot 16, Block "B" of the Amelia Heights Addition located at
the intersection of F.M. 364 (Major Drive) and Washington Boulevard for the future
widening of Washington Boulevard. The City Council approved the acquisition of the 50%
interest of the property by Resolution No. 06-237 passed August 22, 2006.
