WHEREAS, the claim of Mary Coward has been discussed in an Executive Session
properly called and held Tuesday, August 22, 2006; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the final settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Mary Coward
in the final amount of One-Thousand Five-Hundred ($1,500) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
August, 2006.
