BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal of Capitol One Bank for banking services is hereby accepted and the
City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a depository agreement with
Capitol One Bank for the period commencing October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2009.
The contract may be renewed for two (2)additional one (1)year periods by mutual consent
of both parties.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
August, 2006.
