BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Texas Department of Transportation for the City of Beaumont to receive State Public
Transportation Grant Funds in the amount of $403,777 for FY 2007.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22"d day of
August, 2006.
