WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont Housing Authority has conveyed a twenty (20)
foot wide drainage easement to the City of Beaumont forthe placement of an underground
24"to 36"reinforced concrete drainage pipe; said easement will abut Lot 12, Block 5 of the
Somerset Village Addition (2135 Somerset Street), as shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto;
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement conveyed by the City of Beaumont Housing Authority is hereby in all
things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22"d day of
August, 2006.
