BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one(1)2006 Ingersoll-Rand paver
through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program
in the amount of$101,725.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
August, 2006.
