BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a three (3) year contract with two (2) successive
one (1) year renewal options with CCL Management, Inc. for the management of the
Beaumont Municipal Transit system at the prices shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
August, 2006.
