WHEREAS, bids were received for a one(1)year contract for the purchase of water
treatment chemicals for use by the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, the following vendors submitted bids in the amounts shown:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the various
vendors shown above should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the various vendors shown above in the amounts shown for
a one (1)year contract for the purchase of water treatment chemicals for use by the Water
Utilities Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
August, 2006.
