WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for the purchase of civilian
employee work uniforms; and,
WHEREAS, Shepherd's Uniform and Linen Supply Company, Inc., Beaumont,
Texas, submitted a bid in the unit amounts shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Shepherd's
Uniform and Linen Supply Company, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Shepherd's Uniform and Linen Supply Company, Inc.,
Beaumont, Texas, for an annual contract in the estimated amount of $43,538 for the
purchase of civilian employee work uniforms be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of July,
2006.
