ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 6' X 85'
PORTION OF A 15' WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED
ALONG THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY AT 1920 EDSON IN
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 6'X 85' portion of a 15'wide utility easement along the rear of the property at 1920
Edson, being the west 6 feet x 85 feet of the 15 foot utility easement along the rear of Lot
28 and the south 5 feet of Lot 29, Block 1, Tall Timbers Addition, City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, containing 0.011 acres, more or less, as described on Exhibit"A"
attached hereto, be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of July,
2006.
