BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves payment in the amount of$710,645.41 to Belfor
USA, Houston, Texas, for emergency recovery services from Hurricane Rita at the Julie
Rogers Theatre and Tyrrell Historical Library.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of July,
