BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve a historic preservation
loan from the Historic Preservation Loan Fund in the amount of $3,200 to Dale and
Nathalie Hallmark for renovation of the residence at 2223 North, Beaumont, Texas. The
work consists of:
leveling the house;
=> straightening all crooked blocks
Z-'�> installing twelve new concrete blocks and bases; and
=> installing termite shields.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of July,
2006.
