BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release liens on the following
properties to be acquired by the Drainage District No. 6 for the Brakes Bayou Ditch (Ditch
0004) Project:
Dixie, Lot 12, Block 3 $185.00
Pine Hill, Lots 7 and 8, Block B $2,863.46
Pine Hill, Lot 9, Block B $370.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of July,
2006.
