Joubert $1000 and, WHEREAS,the land is no longer needed for the use of citizens as a road, nor does it have a potential for park, conservation, recreation or similar purposes; and, WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont wishes to sell the above properties as shown; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a Special Warranty Deed for the sale of above-described properties as shown.
