BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) Lance 1,500 gallon per
minute pumper truck for the Fire Department from Martin Apparatus, Inc., through the
Houston-Galveston Area Council(H-GAC)Cooperative Purchasing Program in the amount
of$396,901.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23'day of May,
2006.
