WHEREAS, bids were received fora one(1)year contract for the purchase of ready
mix concrete and cement stabilized base for use by the Water Utilities and Public Works
Departments; and,
WHEREAS, both Transit Mix Concrete, Beaumont,Texas, and APAC-Texas, Inc.,
Beaumont, Texas, submitted bids as shown below:

CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by both Transit Mix Concrete, Beaumont, Texas, and APAC-
Texas, Inc., as shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
