BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the City of Beaumont's participation in a two (2)
year contract with Cingular Wireless for the purchase of wireless data access services at
the rate of$49.59 per month per mobile computer plus an activation fee of$2,995 through
the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program, TEX-AN 2000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of May,
2006.
