WHEREAS, bids were received for a three (3) year fuel management contract for
the City's fleet fueling system; and,
WHEREAS, bids were submitted by the various vendors as shown on attached
Exhibit "A"; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the various
vendors as shown on attached Exhibit "A"; should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the vendors as shown on attached Exhibit"A" be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of May,
2006.
