ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 60 x 274
PORTION OF PORTER STREET BETWEEN HEMLOCK AND
SYCAMORE IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 60 x 274 portion of Porter Street between Hemlock and Sycamore, beginning at
the southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 3, and the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Clay
Morris Addition and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 274', City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing 0.377 acres, more or less, as shown on
Exhibit"A" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of April,
2006.
