WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1) -year contract for the purchase of
corrugated polyethylene pipe for use by the Public Works Department, Streets and
Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Coburn Supply of Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the unit
amounts shown below for an estimated amount of$164,710:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Coburn Supply
of Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coburn Supply of Beaumont, Texas, in the unit amounts
shown above for an estimated amount of $164,710 for a one (1) -year contract for the
purchase of corrugated polyethylene pipe for use by the Public Works Department, Streets
and Drainage Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the Cit of Beaumont this the 25th day of
April, 2006.
