BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the amendment of the 457 Deferred
Compensation Plan with the ICMA Retirement Corporation to eliminate the Plan
Administration fee and Mutual Funds Fee.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of
April, 2006.
