WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all labor, supplies, materials and
equipment for the construction of a metal building at the Police Department training facility;
and,
WHEREAS, Cleveco Construction, Lumberton, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$153,800; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cleveco
Construction, Lumberton, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cleveco Construction, Lumberton, Texas, for furnishing all
labor, supplies, materials and equipment for the construction of a metal building at the
Police Department training facility in the amount of $153,800 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of April,
2006.
