BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute deeds conveying the
following surplus properties to Habitat for Humanity for the development of affordable
housing for low/moderate income families:
4 W Highland across from 2190 (Annie T. Warren PT5 B9 .957AC)
4 Right of 3976 Detroit (Glenwood L7 & L8 B205)
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of April,
2006.
