BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Release of Liability with the Corp
of Engineers regarding the Hurricane Rita debris reduction sites atthe Beaumont Municipal
Airport and the Fair Park Fairgrounds.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
April, 2006.
