BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of radio equipmentforthe Beaumont
Municipal Transit system through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)
Cooperative Purchasing Program with the equipment ordered from Motorola in the amount
of $189,188.29 as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
March, 2006. -,
