RESOLUTION NO. 06-094
WHEREAS, bids were received to purchase auditorium seating for the Julie Rogers
Theatre; and,
WHEREAS, Rick Lowe & Company, a distributor for American Seating Company,
submitted a bid in the amount of$455,391.72; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Rick Lowe &
Company, a distributor for American Seating Company, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Rick Lowe & Company, a distributor for American Seating
Company, to purchase auditorium seating for the Julie Rogers Theatre in the amount of
$455,391.72 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
March, 2006.
