WHEREAS, bids were received to furnish all labor, materials, supplies and
equipment to design and build a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling facility; and,
WHEREAS, Pinnacle CNG Company of Midland, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of $2,068,950; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Pinnacle CNG
Company of Midland, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Pinnacle CNG Company of Midland,Texas,to furnish all labor,
materials, supplies and equipment to design and build a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
fueling facility in the amount of$2,068,950 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
March, 2006.
