BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to submit an application to the
Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to receive FY 2006 Operating Assistance funds for
costs associated with the annual operation of Beaumont Municipal Transit and the
construction, maintenance, and operation of a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling
Facility.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of
March, 2006.
