BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to submit an application to the
Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to receive special earmarked grant money for the
purchase of new communications equipment for Beaumont Municipal Transit vehicles.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of
March, 2006.
