BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve payment of an invoice
to Placo Ltd. in the amount of$289,127 for lighting and signal equipment delivered to, but
not yet installed,to the construction site for the Downtown Improvements Project on Pearl,
Bowie and Liberty Streets.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of March,
2006.
