WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1)automated ion analysis
and titration system for the laboratory at the Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, ManSci, Inc., Tonawanda, New York, submitted a bid in the amount of
$30,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by ManSci, Inc.,
Tonawanda, New York, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by ManSci, Inc., Tonawanda, New York, for the purchase of one
(1)automated ion analysis and titration system forthe laboratory atthe Water Reclamation
Plant in the amount of$30,000 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
February, 2006.
