BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive funding
in the amount of$49,969.62 through the Department of Homeland Buffer Zone Protection
Plan Program (BZPP) to provide a buffer zone protection plan for Arkema Chemical.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
February, 2006.
