BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Ron Petitt for
the purchase of a life-size bronze figure of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in the amount of
$55,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21 st day of
February, 2006.
