BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) 2006 International 7400
diesel powered cab and chassis equipped with a jet rodder sewer vacuum body for the
Water Utilities Department through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)
cooperative purchasing program in the amount of $211,966.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7" day of
February, 2006.
