BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Local Transportation Project
Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)for
the relocation of the IH-10 at Walden Road Off Ramp Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
February, 2006.
