HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 06-045 RESOLUTION NO. 06-045 WHEREAS, HHH Investments Corporation has agreed to convey to the City of Beaumont a five foot (5') wide water line easement for property located near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Clearwater Court, being 0.041 acre out of and part of Tract IIII, Ferguson Development Park, C. Williams Survey, Abstract No. 59, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as described on Exhibits "A" and "B"attached hereto,to provide mandatory access for fire prevention services to the property; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyance and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyance is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT said easement conveyed by HHH Investments Corporation be and the same is hereby, in all things, accepted.
