WHEREAS, Golden Corral Corporation has agreed to convey to the City of
Beaumont a ten foot (10') wide water line easement out of Tract I of the Stone Haus
Addition in the David Brown Survey (2190 Interstate 10 South), being a 0.0451 acre tract
out of the David Brown Survey, Abstract No. 5, Jefferson County, Texas, as described on
Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto, to provide service for the new commercial structures
being constructed in the area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyance and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyance is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement conveyed by Golden Corral Corporation be and the same is hereby,
in all things, accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7`h day of
February, 2006.

BEING a.0.0451 acre Water Line Easement situated in the Da-,.-id Brown Survey,.Abstract No.
5, JefTerson County,Texas and being out of and a part of that certain called 1.906 acre tract
designated as "Tract. P of the Stone Haus Addition,as recorded in Volume 17, Page 71 of the
Map Records of Jefferson County,Texas and also being out of and a part of a 2.989 acre tract
as surveyed November 8,'° 005 by Wortech Land Surveyors, Inc. Said 0.0451. acre Water Line
Easement being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follow=s:
C01MMENCING at a concrete right-of-way monument for the.East.comer of said
Tract I and said 2.889 acre tract. same being the south comer of a certain called Outback
Steakhouse 1.6361 acre tract of land,, more fully described and recorded in Clerk's File No.
9430341 of the Official Public Records of Jefferson County,Texas, and being in the Northwest
line of the Interstate Highway 10 rigght-of-way;
THENCE South 41'37'00" West, along and with the Southeast line of said Tract I
and said 2.889 acre tract, same being the Northwest right-of-way line of said
Interstate Highway 10, a distance of 149.33 feet to the PLACE OF BEGIN NING
of the Water Line Easement herein described;
THENCE South 41`37'00" West, continuing along and with said Southeast line of
said Tract I and said 2.889 acre tract, same being the Northwest right-of-way-line of
said Interstate Highway 10, a distance-of 10.00 feet to a point for the most
Southerly comer of the tract herein described;
THENCE North 4811811 If" West, along and with the Southwest line of the Water Line
Easement herein described, a distance of 196.62 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 4114143" East, along and with the Northwest line of the Water Line
Easement herein described, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for comer,
THENCE South 48'1817" East, along and with the Northeast line of the Water Line
Easement herein described, a distance of 196.60 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING,
containing 0.0451 acre of land. more or less.
