BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe
pursuit vehicle for the Police Department through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-
GAC) cooperative purchasing program in the amount of $29,172.51.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
February, 2006.
