WHEREAS,an agreement has been negotiated forthe acquisition of land described
below for the Community Development Affordable Housing Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the acquisition of the following described land for the Community Development
Affordable Housing Program be and the same is hereby approved:
Plat D-17 Tract 31, 0.210 acre tract of land in the A. Williams Survey, Abstract No.
385
Owners: Valerie G. Tucker; Janet C. and Jennifer J.
Gordon (Pfeifer-Revocable Living Trust); Lynn
Gordon Fisher; Jeanne Ellen Jones Jamail;
Laurie Lynn Jones Lee; and Sharon Gayle Jones
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
release weed liens and accounts receivable debt due to weed violations in the amount of
$3,856.47, including penalties and interest,againstthe property described above. The City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to evidence the release
of the weed liens and accounts receivable debt due to weed violations in the amount of
$3,856.47, including penalties and interest.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of
January, 2006.
