WHEREAS, bids were received for metal building repairs to Hangar "B" at the
Beaumont Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, Cleveco Construction of Lumberton, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$50,148; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cleveco
Construction of Lumberton, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cleveco Construction of Lumberton, Texas, for metal building
repairs to Hangar "B" at the Beaumont Municipal Airport in the amount of $50,148 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24" day of
January, 2006.
