BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept a grant in the
approximate amount of$1,500,000 for the Weiss Bluff Pump Station - Bank Stabilization
Project. The proposed project is sponsored by National Resource Conservation Service
(NRCS). The sponsorship is a 75%/25% partnership with the City of Beaumont providing
25% (approximately $375,000) of the matching funds.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
January, 2006.
