BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization (BCHDO) in the amount of
$373,450 for the construction of seven (7) new scattered site homes from 2005 HOME
CHDO Reserve funds.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
January, 2006.
