BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of invoices
in the amount of $66,175.53 to C & B Services, Inc., of Port Neches, Texas, for drying
services provided at the Health Services II building 950 Washington Boulevard made
necessary by Hurricane Rita.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of
January, 2006.
